Sky Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sky order and will accept your return of product in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached if requested within 14 days of receipt of your package.  Sale items and items purchased with discount codes are eligible for Sky store credit.  Final Sale items may not be returned.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Sky reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. When returning swimwear, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.

Shoes must be returned in New condition with no scuffs on the soles and the shoe boxes undamaged.  Shoes scuff easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes, dustbags, etc.  Shoe boxes can not be used as return shipping boxes and must be placed within a shipping box for return.

 To return an item purchased at shopsky.com, click the Request RMA# link to the right.  RMA#'s will be processed within 1 business day. Once your return is approved and you receive your RMA#, securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.  Please be sure to indicate the RMA# on the outside of the box.  Sky does not offer free return shipping at this time.  We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
